Working Site Foreman – 5 Month Project (London & Home Counties)

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman for a 5-month project based in Northampton.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with groundworks companies and be confident working hands-on alongside the team.

Essential Experience:

• Groundworks experience
• Shuttering and concreting works
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team on-site

Tickets/Certifications:

• SSSTS
• Dumper ticket (essential)
• 360 excavator ticket (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising site operations while remaining hands-on
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
• Coordinating with site teams and management
• Maintaining productivity and quality on-site
