Working Foreman/Woman Location: Lichfield, WS14 9JWRate: £26.17 PAYEHours: 07:30 - 15:30Duration: Until November We''re looking for an experienced Working Foreman/Woman to support the civils team on HS2. This is an all-round supervisory role, involving hands-on oversight of structures, earthworks, and general construction operations, with flexibility to cover additional areas when team members are on leave. Key Duties Supervise day-to-day civils activities including structures, earthworks, drainage, and general construction tasks Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure works progress safely and efficiently Support the delivery of planned works in line with programme requirements Assist with daily briefings, task allocations, and on-site coordination Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to specifications Maintain communication with site management, engineers, and other supervisors Provide cover across multiple work fronts when team members are absent Required Skills and Experience Strong all-round civils background: structures, earthworks, and general construction operations Valid Gold or Black CSCS SSSTS Up-to-date CV If you''re interested in this Working Foreman/Woman role in Lichfield, please apply and we''ll be in touch.
