      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | Working Foreman    Location:  London (Projects Across London)  Job Type:  Temporary to Permanent  Our client is a well-established refurbishment contractor specialising in the delivery of fast-track pub refurbishment projects throughout London. Due to a growing workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced  Working Foreman  to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.  The successful candidate will start on a project in the  City of London , before moving onto further schemes across the capital.  This is a hands-on role, requiring someone with a strong trade background who is comfortable leading a team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day works on site.  Key Responsibilities    Manage the day-to-day running of refurbishment projects on site.   Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programmes are achieved.   Carry out site inductions and maintain high standards of health and safety.   Ensure works are completed to programme and the required quality standards.
