Working Foreman Location: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, DaventryJob Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Monday - FridayImmediate start, ongoing contractSalary: £220 - £230 per dayJob Duties Supervise and lead site operatives to ensure the successful completion of heritage construction and restoration projects in line with project specifications and timelines.Coordinate daily on-site activities, allocate tasks effectively, and monitor progress to maintain productivity and quality standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, including the implementation of safe working practises and risk assessments.Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed, site inspections, and any incidents or issues arising on site.Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to address site challenges and provide regular progress updates.Oversee the use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and reduce wastage.Promote and enforce adherence to conservation principles and methods appropriate to heritage projects.Support the training and development of site operatives, ensuring skills and knowledge are maintained to a high standard. Required Qualifications Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certificate.Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.Current First Aid qualification.Full, clean driving licence.
