Most important is being able to demonstrate you have previously delivered high spec residential projects as all the projets will be high end / high spec finishes Reporting to a visiting construction manager the successful Foreman will look after the running of the site, make sure deadlines are met, ensure quality is maintained and communicate with subbies, face to face, on the phone and via email.- The first project is roughly 10 months and there are similar follow on projects. Looking for an experienced tradesman (Preferably Carpentry, but open to other trades).- The successful applicant will be able to manage their time between working on the tools and managing the team and project as a whole. Do you have: A good-eye for detail The ability to lead and work as part of a team The ability to read project drawings The ability to record site progress and keep the site diary The ability to liaise with a visiting project manager and clients, reporting site progress.
