Due to a busy workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Working Foreman on a freelance basis for an initial 6-month contract . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating site activities whilst remaining involved in the day-to-day delivery of the works. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for supervising gangs on site and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising groundworks operatives and subcontractors. Leading by example and assisting with site activities where required. Coordinating daily works and ensuring productivity targets are achieved. Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site. Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project.
