This is a key site-based role for someone who can both manage trades and contribute on the tools when required. Key Responsibilities of the Working Foreman Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations on small projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Carry out carpentry work when needed (1st and 2nd fix) Maintain site health and safety in line with regulations Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks Liaise with clients, suppliers, and senior management Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues proactively Requirements of the Working Foreman Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter Strong carpentry background (essential) Experience in residential and commercial refurbishment projects Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification Ability to run and manage small jobs independently Strong leadership and communication skills Good understandin...
