Working Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to oversee high-quality residential project-in the Marylebone area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on with carpentry work

• Managing trades, subcontractors, and site labour

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• Maintaining health & safety compliance on site

• Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter

• Strong carpentry skills and ability to work on the tools

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS)
