Working foreman

Role: Working Foreman
Location: Leeds (within 30 minutes)

Key Duties:
* Lead day-to-day site operations on fit-out and shopfitting projects
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and PPE standards
* Supervise and work alongside site teams and subcontractors
* Coordinate daily activities to meet programme deadlines
* Maintain high-quality workmanship in line with drawings and specifications
* Manage labour, materials, deliveries, and site logistics
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and site organisation
* Act as the main on-site contact for clients and stakeholders
* Report progress and updates to the Project Manager

Requirements:
* Joinery background essential
* Proven experience leading teams on shopfitting / interior fit-out projects
* Hands-on "working foreman" approach
* Strong health & safety knowledge
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Client-facing with good communication skills
* Based within 30 minutes of Leeds
* Full UK driving licence
* Flexible to work away when required
