This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident leading a team on site while still being happy to get involved with the carpentry and wider construction work when required. The Role As Working Foreman, you will be responsible for helping to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You will be expected to lead by example and have a strong practical understanding of carpentry and general construction.
