The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading and coordinating a team of groundworkers, ensuring daily works are properly planned, organised and delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme. This role would suit an experienced Groundworks Foreman, Supervisor or Ganger who has a strong groundworks background and a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a groundworks squad on site. PAYE or CIS options available. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of groundworkers on site. Organise daily workloads and allocate tasks across the team. Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings and specifications. Oversee groundworks including drainage, foundations, roads, kerbing, utilities, concrete works and external works.
