Working Foreman - Groundworks Fife New Build HousingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Working Foreman to join a new build housing development in Fife.The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading and coordinating a team of groundworkers, ensuring daily works are properly planned, organised and delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme. This role would suit an experienced Groundworks Foreman, Supervisor or Ganger who has a strong groundworks background and a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a groundworks squad on site. PAYE or CIS options available.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise and coordinate a team of groundworkers on site.Organise daily workloads and allocate tasks across the team.Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings and specifications.Oversee groundworks including drainage, foundations, roads, kerbing, utilities, concrete works and external works.Monitor team productivity, progress and quality of workmanship.Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources required for upcoming works.Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained across the team.Carry out toolbox talks, briefings and site inductions where required.Liaise closely with Site Managers, engineers and other contractors.Identify potential site or programme issues and work with management to resolve these efficiently.Maintain strong communication across the groundworks team and wider ..... full job details .....
