Working Couple for Farm and House Management

About the Role We are a working family farm of 200 acres in Herefordshire seeking a capable, hardworking couple to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. The role covers four main areas: farm and livestock, holiday let management, housekeeping, and garden and grounds. A comfortable tied bungalow is provided on the farm as part of the overall package. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, take pride in their work, and are at home in a rural farming environment. Key Details Location: Herefordshire Contract: Permanent, full-time Accommodation: Tied bungalow on the farm - provided as part of the package Salary: Competitive - to be discussed, reflective of tied accommodation Right to Work: Proof of right to work in the UK required for both applicants Start Date: May Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required for both applicants Farm and Livestock Day-to-day care for a small flock of sheep, a few horses and some poultry, including feeding, mucking out, and morning and evening routines. Seasonal responsibilities include assisting with lambing and preparing the lambing shed. General farm maintenance including water troughs, fencing, gutters and soakaways.
