      <description>Location: Salisbury | Salary: 620.00-620.00 Daily | Type: Permanent | We''re looking for a Workforce Planning Manager for a public sector organisation, based in Wiltshire (hybrid), on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £620 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella).  There''s an expectation to attend the office in Wiltshire around 3 days a week.  The successful Workforce Planning Lead will own the development, maintenance and annual publication of the organisation''s Strategic Workforce Plan. You''ll build supply and demand forecasts, run scenario planning and workforce modelling, and lead the people analytics capability that turns workforce data into evidence-based recommendations. You''ll also coordinate workforce governance forums and present clear recommendations to Executive-level stakeholders.
