IT Capability andamp; Workforce Transformation Lead - Reading Office - Hybrid - Inside IR35 - 6 monthsOur client is seeking an experienced IT Capability andamp; Workforce Transformation Lead to play a key role in a major technology transformation programme.Working closely with senior IT and HR stakeholders, you will lead workforce planning, capability assessment, organisational design and skills development activities across a large technology function.
