Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to deliver HR Projects and understand the HR implications associated with business transformation. Proven experience in regional or functional financial budgeting, strategic workforce planning, communication, and people management processes. Previous background of working in a matrix organization structure; ability to persuade individuals at different levels. Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization.
