Workforce Manager - NHS | Healthcare
Location: London (2-3 days onsite) Contract Length: 6-Months initially Rate: Inside IR35 A newly established national healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager/Recruitment andamp; Mobilisation Lead to coordinate a major recruitment and onboarding programme. The organisation is building its workforce infrastructure from the ground up and plans to recruit and onboard up to 100 employees during its first year. With recruitment administration supported by an external provider, this role will focus on workforce planning, hiring-manager support, process control, onboarding assurance and accurate reporting Key Responsibilities Translate the approved workforce structure into prioritised recruitment plans. Coordinate recruitment activity with hiring managers and external delivery partners. Track vacancies through approval, attraction, selection, offer, employment checks and start date. Own the workforce mobilisation tracker and end-to-end onboarding process. Ensure compliance with NHS Employment Check Standards and safer recruitment requirements. Maintain accurate establishment, vacancy and position-control information. Develop recruitment dashboards covering vacancies, offers, checks, starts and time to hire. Identify recruitment risks, dependencies and process blockages. Support ESR, NHS Jobs and recruitment process improvement.
