The pay rate on offer is 400 - 450 per day (via Umbrella agency). Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Analyst to support resource planning, forecasting and data-driven decision-making across a large Digital and Technology environment.The role will play a key part in the rollout and adoption of Tempus, a new workforce planning and resource management platform, helping transition existing spreadsheet-based processes to a more integrated, data-driven operating model.Working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Portfolio and Workforce Planning, you will improve resource visibility, embed consistent processes and governance, and provide actionable insights to support workforce strategy and prioritisation.Key accountabilities of the roleSupport the implementation and adoption of Tempus, including pilot activities, testing, training, user onboarding and go-live.Support the migration and validation of workforce, demand and timesheet data, ensuring high standards of data quality and governance.Develop and embed consistent workforce planning, forecasting, reporting and resource management processes.Own resource forecasting across assigned portfolios, providing visibility of capacity, demand, resource gaps and constraints.Conduct scenario modelling, identify risks and ..... full job details .....
