This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workforce professional to support a strategic review of workforce arrangements within a key operational function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assess current workforce structures, capacity and ways of working, helping to shape a sustainable operating model that supports service delivery, employee engagement and organisational objectives.
