Workday Systems Administrator role at The Thought Exchange, LLC Center for Personal Achievement — London, UK. This position leads the ongoing development, optimisation and support of the organisation''s HR technology landscape within a broader HR systems transformation.Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 PAWork pattern: 4 days per week onsite, reducing to 3 days per week once probation is passed.Responsibilities
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Workday and its integrationsConfigure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Financials)Manage business processes, security roles, integrations and reportingMonitor system performance and ensure data integrityAct as the internal subject matter expert for UKG Time and AttendanceLiaise with the UKG managed service provider to ensure accurate and timely supportOversee configuration and validation of time rules, pay rules, shift differentials and holiday calendarsSupport complex scheduling scenarios (rotating shifts, flex time, on-call arrangements)Conduct regular audits and reconciliations between UKG and WorkdayTroubleshoot timecard issues, accrual discrepancies and integration errorsTrain HR, managers and employees on system functionality and self-service toolsDevelop and maintain user guides and training materialsGather business requirements and implement system changesParticipate in release testing and deployment for both Workday and UKGCoordinate enhancements and configuration updates with the UKG managed service providerManage user roles and access controls across systemsEnsure compliance with GDPR, Working Time Directive and internal audit requirementsSupport and monitor integrations between Workday, UKG and other enterprise systemsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards for workforce analyticsRequirements
Proven experience managing or administering Workday systemsIdeally hands-on experience with UKG Time and AttendanceStrong understanding of timekeeping rules, scheduling logic and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsExperience working with third-party providers, managed services and vendor coordinationStrong understanding of HR operations and processesEmployment Details
