Workday R2R Lead

REMOTE ANYWHERE IN EUROPE!We are seeking an experienced Workday Record-to-Report (R2R) Lead Consultant to join a major Workday Financials transformation programme. This is a key role within the Finance workstream, responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of the Workday Financials R2R solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements, best practice processes, and programme objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and other Workday functional leads to drive the successful delivery of the Record-to-Report workstream from design through to go-live and hypercare. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end Workday Financials Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream.Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders.Design scalable and efficient Workday Financials solutions aligned to business needs and industry best practice.Configure and support key R2R functionality including:General LedgerAccounting CentreFinancial AccountingJournalsPeriod CloseConsolidationsFinancial ReportingAllocationsBusiness Asset Management (where applicable)Provide functional leadership across solution design, testing, training, cutover, and deployment activities.Support data conversion, integrations, security, and reporting activities impacting the R2R workstream.Manage stakeholder expectations and provide expert guidance on Workday capabilities and limitations.Support ..... full job details .....
