The organisation is already live with Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials, with additional products and capabilities currently being delivered. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves to support business growth and transformation. The Role As the Workday Product Manager, you''ll act as the strategic owner of the Workday platform, driving its ongoing optimisation, adoption, governance and future development. Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Technology, you''ll ensure the organisation continues to maximise value from its Workday investment while delivering a clear roadmap for future enhancements. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the Workday roadmap and platform strategy.Lead platform optimisation, continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives.Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements.Drive value from Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials and related applications.Manage demand, prioritisation and platform governance.Lead engagement with implementation and support partners.Support the rollout of additional Workday modules and capabilities.Champion user ..... full job details .....
