Workday Prism Analytics ConsultantLocation: London (Hybrid) Contract Length: 12 Months Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (Inside IR35)OverviewWe are supporting a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major Workday transformation and are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Analytics Consultant to join the programme on an initial 12-month contract.This role will play a key part in designing, building, and delivering advanced analytics solutions within the Workday ecosystem, enabling business stakeholders to gain meaningful insights from large and complex datasets. The successful consultant will work closely with Workday Financials, HR, Reporting, and Integration teams to develop scalable reporting and analytics capabilities across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions.Build complex data pipelines, datasets, and analytical models within Prism.Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into Workday Prism.Create dashboards, KPIs, and advanced reports using Workday reporting tools.Develop calculated fields and support the creation of advanced reporting frameworks.Work closely with Functional and Technical Workday consultants across Financials, HCM, and Integrations.Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting environments.Support UAT, defect resolution, cutover activities, and ..... full job details .....
