A pioneering professional technology consultancy is seeking a Workday Practitioner to join their team on a 12-month contract. You will play a key role in an end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll and Workday HCM, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and process optimisation.

As a workday Practitioner you role will include the following:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Payroll to drive operational excellence.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll operations.
• Ensure payroll compliance with UK regulations and industry best practices.
• Support the full implementation lifecycle, from design to post-go-live. (full end to end implementation)

Essential Skills

• Workday Payroll & Workday HCM Certifications
• Proven experience as a Workday Payroll Consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration, workflows, and business rules
• In-depth understanding of UK payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday Payroll implementation
