Workday Payroll SME and Testing LeadUK based, fully remote 3-year Fixed term contract Highly competitive plus bens and bonus A prestigious global financial services firm are seeking a self-starting Workday Payroll SME and Testing Lead, this role will see you being responsible for the maintenance, configuration and support of the Workday Payroll modules for both their US and UK populations. They run payroll across 19 countries. US and UK stay in Workday. The other 16 move onto a single global payroll platform, replacing 16 separate providers with one. This role sits right in the middle of it.There are two halves to the job.Payroll SME. Day to day operational support for UK and US Workday Payroll. Configuration, business process updates, production issues, year end. It is UK weighted, but you need to be able to cover US too. You will partner with an experienced payroll module lead rather than carry it on your own.Testing lead. You own testing for the global rollout. Writing the test strategy from scratch, building the scripts, coordinating and executing each cycle, and sending a weekly situation report to the wider programme. The plan is roughly two countries every six months.
