Design, build, test and deploy Workday integrations, with a strong emphasis on payroll interfaces (PECI) to third-party payroll providers, including ADP. Own the end-to-end integration design phase for payroll workstreams, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Partner with functional leads across HCM, Payroll and Benefits to ensure integration designs align with the wider Workday configuration. Provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery across the full Workday deployment life cycle - Plan, Architect, Configure andamp; Prototype, Test, Deploy and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects, working closely with client IT, Middleware and third-party vendor teams.
