The successful candidate will play a key role in the bank-wide implementation of Workday HCM before helping to develop, enhance and support the platform within BAU. This is a hands-on position covering Workday configuration, reporting, testing, deployment and functional support across Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment and Absence. Key Responsibilities Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders to deliver effective and sustainable HR technology solutions. Gather requirements and translate business needs into system functionality. Configure, test and deploy new functionality and system improvements across multiple Workday modules.
