Workday HRIS Analyst - Banking An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join a leading bank during a major transformation of its HR technology landscape. The successful candidate will play a key role in the bank-wide implementation of Workday HCM before helping to develop, enhance and support the platform within BAU. This is a hands-on position covering Workday configuration, reporting, testing, deployment and functional support across Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment and Absence. Key Responsibilities Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders to deliver effective and sustainable HR technology solutions. Gather requirements and translate business needs into system functionality. Configure, test and deploy new functionality and system improvements across multiple Workday modules. Support the ongoing implementation and rollout of Workday HCM. Review and test Workday releases, assessing their business impact and identifying opportunities for improvement. Troubleshoot functional issues and configure appropriate solutions. Develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards and self-service analytical tools. Support the production of standard and ad hoc HR management information. Maintain documentation covering requirements, configuration, testing and system processes.
