Workday HR IT Project Consultant - 6 months Contract - Sunbury Hybrid Minimum of 3 days per week in Sunbury with an optional 1 day per week in Canary Wharf Start Date - 18th September 2026 Inside of IR35 Working Hours - 36.25 per week Required: - Background in Talent Acquisition or wider Talent functions. Experience delivering HR technology IT projects. Workday recruiting experience. Joining an active programme will need to jump straight in and get up to speed. Knowledge of Workday Recruiting ecosystems. Mix of functional andamp; technology experience. Workday System implementations, platform optimisation, AI-enabled solutions or automation initiatives. Workday HR IT Project Consultant Role Purpose: Acts as a bridge between TA stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring functional requirements translate into effective technology delivery. Workday HR IT Project Consultant Key Responsibilities: Translate TA needs into delivery-ready requirements Support solution design across Workday, AI and automation Partner with Product Owners and agile squads Programme Context: This role supports a large-scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation delivered within the enterprise IT portfolio.
