Workday HCM Project Manager - HR Implementation

Contract: 6 months initially, with potential for extension Rate: £500-£700 per day, Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week in Warwickshire, with the remainder remote/home-based We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM / HR Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HR, building on an existing Workday Finance implementation. The successful candidate will have specific experience delivering Workday HCM/HR modules, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinating stakeholders across HR, IT and the wider business. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HCM. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets. Coordinate HR, IT, business stakeholders and external implementation partners. Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing and deployment. Manage stakeholder communications, change management, training and user adoption. Ensure successful go-live and transition into business-as-usual support. Experience Required Proven experience managing Workday HCM/HR implementations.
