Workday HCM Functional Consultant Contract: Initial 6 months Location: London - Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite IR35: Inside IR35 Start: ASAP About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join a key transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract.The successful candidate will have strong functional experience across Workday HCM, with particular expertise in the Talent and Recruiting modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and other Workday specialists to support the successful delivery and optimisation of the platform. Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Talent and Recruiting.Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.Support configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancement of Workday functionality.Lead or support workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping.Manage functional issues, defects and change requests through to resolution.Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Support UAT, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.Produce clear functional documentation and contribute to project governance and reporting.Provide advice on Workday best practice and opportunities to improve HR processes.
