Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Organisations, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance. Support the configuration, enhancement and optimisation of Workday solutions. Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Facilitate workshops and support process improvement initiatives.
