Workday (Finance) Programme Manager

OverviewOne of our sports clients are looking for a

Workday Financials Programme Manager

to lead and deliver Workday Financial throughout the UK business

Role: Workday Financial Programme Manager

Contract: 12 month FTC initially

FTC Salary: £125k-£140k DOE

Hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in London

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall delivery of the Workday implementation across Finance, Procurement and HR

Act as the link between the delivery teams and the business, ensuring delivery is aligned to the business goals and objectives

Engage with stakeholders across the UK ensuring changes and progress of delivery is communicated across the business

What we''re looking for

Extensive experience in leading ERP implementations, especially Workday Financial implementations across finance, HR and procurement

End-to-end programme leadership experience across technology driven programmes

Strong communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders with confidence to positively influence and challenge where appropriate

A self-starter who is tenacious, entrepreneurial and willing to show initiative
