Workday Analyst

Join us and support the future of HR technology at Hempel! We are looking for a Workday Analyst to join our HR Technology team. Based in Darwen, Hull or Cwmbran on a hybrid working basis, you will provide day-to-day support, configuration and troubleshooting within Workday, ensuring smooth operations for our global HR platform. Help to develop the way we work with Workday! This role will be the first point of contact for Workday support, helping colleagues across People and Culture with day-to-day questions and issues. You will take part in operational activities such as audits and data quality checks, while also contributing to system upgrades, testing and the rollout of new functionality. You will help maintain documentation and training materials, making sure our processes are clear and easy to follow. Collaboration is key, and will work closely with Centres of Expertise, People Analytics and other teams to optimise how we use Workday. What you will bring to the role You have experience in Workday and are motivated to take the next step in a truly global company.
