Work Placement CoordinatorPlease apply by 28/10/2026 £25,929 to £29,947 pro-rata, per annum18.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per yearThe Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Work Placement Coordinator to support the successful delivery of work placements for students studying on study programmes, including T Levels and extended industry placements. In this key role, you will coordinate, monitor and support student work placements, ensuring that learners gain meaningful industry experience that enhances their skills, confidence and career prospects. Working closely with curriculum teams, employers and students, you will identify and develop high-quality placement opportunities, build strong employer relationships and ensure all placement activity is delivered effectively and in line with quality assurance requirements. You will play an important role in helping students prepare for the workplace, whilst supporting employers to provide valuable placement experiences that meet both business and educational needs. What Are We Looking For? We are seeking a suitably qualified individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills who can effectively manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload. You will have experience of communicating professionally with employers from a range of sectors and sizes and be confident in developing productive and supportive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
