You will liaise with employers to find and develop work placement opportunities and support the quality assurance processes. You will monitor and assess learners on work placement, assessing competencies on T levels and other Early Years license to practice qualifications. This is a term time only role (38 weeks per year and 29.6 hours per week). What are we looking for You must have a Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification and a minimum of level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy. You should also have a A1/TAQA Assessor Qualification or equivalent or be willing to achieve within one year.
