Trainer and Candidate ResourcerBased at Prestige Recruitment HullMonday to Friday 07.30 - 16.30 28,392.00 per annum As a Trainer and Resourcer for the staff working within Food manufacturing you''ll deliver a variety of programmes for your employer which will benefit both the company and its employees.As the industry is highly legislated there is an ongoing need to ensure that staff and our Agency workers are all equipped with an induction programme that provides them with food safety, health and safety and also HACCP awareness training.The requirements of the job of trainer mean that you will likely be a specialist in a particular area but the following responsibilities are generic:Organising and delivering induction sessions for new employeesArranging on the job training for employeesResourcing Staff for these roles when you are not trainingDeveloping employee training and development plans in accordance with agreed company development strategyAssessing and evaluating training benefits to the companyProviding post training follow up for employees.Ensuring that training programmes remain relevant and up to date and offer value for money for the businessProducing materials for in-house courses and programmesLiaising with other departments to understand their needs and requirements for trainingUpdating all programmes to meet both best practice and also changing legislative requirements.Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and implementing as ..... full job details .....
