Work Management Project Support Location: HPC, TA5 1YA (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)Pay: 124 per dayHours: Monday - Friday 37 Hours Are you organised, proactive, and eager to support a major energy project? Our client, a leading energy provider, is hiring for a Work Management Project Support role within their commissioning operations team at the HPC Power Station. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile project delivering future energy solutions. What you''ll be doing: Organising work packages for maintenance teams, ensuring timely distribution and completion. Supporting the preparation of Work Authorisation Forms (WAF) to enable work to start on schedule. Processing completed work packs and ensuring accurate closeout procedures. Reporting on WAF progress and flagging potential issues to keep work on track. Assisting in the development and implementation of work management processes and tools. Gaining experience with Asset Suite and P6 planning tools, with full training provided. Collaborating closely with maintenance team leaders to ensure effective communication and readiness. What you''ll bring: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate clearly in writing. A proactive approach and confidence to challenge or report issues. An interest in asset management tools and planning software is a plus, but not essential.
