About the Role

A further education College is looking for a Work-Based Learning Practitioner to join its Carpentry and Joinery team, supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential. You''ll bring your real-world industry experience into the training environment, working closely with employers and learners to make sure apprentices develop the skills, confidence and competence they need to succeed in their trade.

This is an opportunity for a self-motivated carpentry and joinery professional who enjoys empowering others and wants to play a direct role in developing the next generation of tradespeople.

• Experience within the carpentry and joinery trade

• A self-motivated, passionate approach to supporting and empowering apprentices

• Confidence in bringing real-world industry experience into a training setting
