Work and Health Coach Based in Hospitals across Manchester and Trafford up to £29,000 - 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays, contributory pension Full-time, Permanent The Role: We are recruiting for a Work and Health Coach to support individuals facing health-related barriers to employment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping people improve their wellbeing, build confidence and take steps towards sustainable work. The role focuses on providing holistic, person-centred support, working with individuals experiencing a range of physical and mental health challenges. You will help participants access the right support services across employment, housing, financial wellbeing and debt management, ensuring they receive tailored guidance to move forward positively. The role involves:Delivering one-to-one coaching to individuals with health-related barriers to employment in hospitals across Manchester and TraffordSupporting participants to improve confidence, resilience and employability skillsCreating tailored action plans to help individuals move towards sustainable workProviding advice and guidance on employment pathways, training and job opportunitiesSignposting and referring individuals to specialist support services including housing, debt management and health servicesWorking collaboratively with external partners and support agenciesMonitoring progress and maintaining accurate records of participant activityMeeting performance targets and ..... full job details .....
