WordPress Digital Developer WordPress Digital Developer Bodmin, Cornwall (Hybrid-working) c£35,000 per year Plus excellent company benefits Healthcare, Pension, etc. The Opportunity: My client working within the telecoms sector are currently on the lookout for a WordPress Digital Developer to design, implement and maintain software systems that ultimately support and enhance the customer journey, increasing the UI and UX experience. This is a hybrid-role and you will be required to attend the office a few times a week. Skills and Experience: Own and maintain the WordPress platform, ensuring performance, security, stability, and scalability across all environments (development, staging, production). Translate marketing and campaign requirements into high-quality WordPress implementations, delivering rapid turnaround while maintaining technical integrity. Design and implement custom themes, templates, and components aligned to brand guidelines and UX best practice. 3-5 years'' experience in a similar role Integrate WordPress seamlessly with downstream systems (eg CRM, payment platforms, marketing automation, analytics tools) to ensure accurate data capture and flow. Implement structured data capture mechanisms (forms, tracking events, UTM frameworks) to support clear attribution, conversion tracking and performance measurement.
