Worcester Head Chef

Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced Head Chef to work with our client in the Worcester Area. Working in an Care Home setting, your main duties will include:Overseeing overall management of catering operationsLeading a small kitchen team in delivering a timely serviceBeing aware of allergen and dietary needsStock orderingStock takesAccurate recording of daily and weekly paperwork including temperature checksEnsuring high standards of kitchen and food hygiene are maintained at all times.Knowledge of the IDDSI framework.Skills Required:Experience in care home cateringKnife skillsKnowledge of stock takes and orderingRota managementWorking within a budgetManagement experienceQualifications Needed:Food hygiene level 2 or 3AllergensKnowledge of IDDSIAble to pass an enhanced DBS checkPrevious experience in a management roleSalary - 31,000 per annum Expected start date ASAP.
