Production Operative - Woodworking
Southam (THIS IS A RURAL LOCATION YOU MUST DRIVE)
Up to -15 per hour
07.30 - 15.30 Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an established business just outside of Southam who are seeking a reliable, skilled Production Operatives to join their team on an ongoing basis, this role will go permanent for the right candidate. THIS IS A RURAL LOCATION, IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH WOOD PRODUCTS TO BE CONSIDERED.

So, what would you be doing?
- Working with Wood boards & cutting to the correct size & width
- Preparing products for assembly
- Gluing products
- Inspecting components & quality checking
- Sanding & finishing
- Other general duties

And what experience do you need?
- Previous experience in woodworking or a similar role
- Confident using woodworking hand tools & machinery
- Experience in joinery is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
- Driving license is essential due to location of the site
