Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain woodworking machinery, including CNC routers, planers, saws, moulders, and spindle moulders. Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists. Select, prepare, and machine timber to precise specifications. Deliver work to the highest standards of accuracy and finish. Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Keep the workshop clean, safe, and well-organised. Requirements Proven experience as a Wood Machinist (or similar role). Strong knowledge of timber types and machining techniques. Confident in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Solid understanding of health and safety standards. Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
