This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, understands material selection, and is passionate about producing components of the highest structural and aesthetic quality. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production output, maintaining quality standards, and helping develop less experienced team members within the workshop.
