Machine Operative Laminate Manufacturing Trafford Park £14 £16.50 per Hour Temp to Permanent Experienced Machine Operative required for a laminate manufacturing company in Trafford Park. Our client, a well-established laminate manufacturing business, is seeking a skilled Machine Operative to join their production team. This is a temp to permanent role with competitive pay and early finish on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Machine Operative Set up, operate, and maintain machinery including: Edgebanders Post forming machines Spindle moulders Beam saws Monitor production quality and output Read and work from technical drawings/specifications Ensure materials are cut and finished to high-quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace Report machinery faults or maintenance requirements Candidate Requirements Minimum 12 months experience operating edgebanders, post forming machinery, spindle moulders, beam saws, or similar equipment Experience in laminate, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or similar industry preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good understanding of health and safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and a team player Hours and Pay Monday Thursday: 07 00 Friday: 07 45 (early finish) Pay: £14.00 £16.50 per hour (depending on experience) Temp to permanent role with potential for career progression How to Apply If you have relevant machine operating experience and are looking for ..... full job details .....
