KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability Sectors.Job Title: Wood Machinery TrainerLocation: Field based - delivering training across the Midlands and South East of England (Flexibility required - overnight stays provided when needed)Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Depending on skills and experience)Type: Full Time, PermanentEssential Criteria:Must hold solid occupational experience as a Wood Machinist.Ideally have experience of CNC router operation and programming, though this is not essential.Confident and comfortable to deliver theory and practical based sessions to learners.Must be IT Literate.Experience of delivering on-the-job training to colleagues is highly desirable.Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Must be flexible with travel, and overnight stays as required.Duties include:Deliver training sessions to learners working towards Wood Machinery courses, in either their workplace or at our clients training academy.Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners'' skills, knowledge and behavioursMaintain student records, and evidence of performance.Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner''s needs.Please note:KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
