You''ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team where there is plenty of scope to learn, develop and really make your mark across the product.We''re looking for someone who is both creatively driven and technically strong - a designer who understands that great product is about so much more than just the initial idea. You''ll be involved throughout the full garment development journey, from initial concept and sketch through to sampling and final product.Outerwear and tailoring experience is essential, alongside a strong understanding of garment construction and fit. The Role:Developing creative and commercial womenswear across the collection, with a strong focus on outerwear and tailoringCreating your own detailed tech packs and ensuring designs are communicated clearly to suppliers and factoriesProducing confident hand/digital sketches and clearly briefing factories on construction, details and how samples should be madeWorking closely with suppliers throughout the sampling and development processTaking ownership of designs from initial concept through to final productionConsidering every element ..... full job details .....
