Harrogate Homeless Project is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women''s Support Worker to join our Client Services Team. This rewarding role provides vital support to women experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity, helping them access the services, opportunities and encouragement they need to move forward with their lives. Working across our hostel, Springboard Day Centre and supported accommodation, you will provide person-centred support in a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental environment. You''ll be part of a supportive team committed to empowering women to achieve positive outcomes and maintain sustainable tenancies. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and assistance to female clients living within our hostel and supported accommodation. Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service to clients, visitors and members of the public. Support the induction of new female residents, ensuring all relevant paperwork and processes are completed. Work closely with caseworkers to encourage and support clients to engage with agreed support activities and appointments.
