      <description>Location: Gloucester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re looking for a resilient and proactive Women''s Recovery Practitioner to lead Hope and Visions first women''s community in Gloucester. We have found our first home, and aim to be open by October. As well as supporting our first residents, you will play a key role in helping us to open more homes. No two days will be the same. One day you might be supporting a woman with child contact arrangements, the next helping a woman prepare for employment, or arranging repairs to one of our homes. You will also be liaising with prospective landlords as we grow our community. If you enjoy variety, can work independently, and want to make a genuine difference in the lives of women, we''d love to hear from you. About the role The role includes:  Supporting women to maintain recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Providing one-to-one keywork and helping women achieve their personal goals. Supporting mothers with parenting, family relationships and reunification where appropriate. Facilitating groups and encouraging women into volunteering, education, training and employment.
